  • Ethnopharmacology Plant Walk: Focus on medicinal properties of plants along walk, including a discussion of recorded uses in traditional folk medicine practices.

  • Wild Foraging Walk: Broad identification of wild edible/medicinal plants & mushrooms, including their uses in wildcrafting. Can be adjusted for beginners.

  • Lion’s Mane & Neuroplasticity: For clinicians, though accessible to all. Addresses common misinformation & misinterpretations of Hericium genus (lion’s mane/bear’s head tooth/coral tooth) supplement research on the nervous system. Powerpoint format.

  • Burlap Sack Drying Racks:  Learn how to build a drying rack out of upcycled/foraged materials. All materials included. Participants will be able to create & take home a small drying rack for their traditional floral & fungal medicine air-drying preservations.

  • Acorn Cap Balms: Learn how to create tiny zero-waste balms sealed inside bur & pin oak acorn caps. Crystal also sells salves, solid perfumes, & candles housed inside acorn cap vessels at www.mashkikiiwimitigomininaaganens.com

  • Witches Candles/Hag Torches: Learn how to create torches out of dried mullein stalks & beeswax.

  • Mindfulness Meditation: Walking, sitting, or lying meditation down paired with gentle breathwork techniques. All meditations are informed by Crystal’s academic research on the brain science, psychology, and therapeutic potential of various types of mindfulness meditation practice.

  • Yoga for Balancing the Nervous System: Yoga paired with mindfulness meditation & breathing techniques carefully curated to balance the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, release muscular tension, & quiet the mind.
